Individual Therapy

In Person in Los Angeles & Online Throughout California

I provide individual therapy for adults and college students (18+) seeking a supportive, thoughtful space to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals—with an emphasis on building insight, emotional awareness, and sustainable, meaningful change.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded. Together, we explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships with curiosity and compassion—helping you feel more connected to yourself and equipped to move through life with intention.

Areas of Focus

Anxiety & Overthinking

You may find yourself constantly anticipating worst-case scenarios, second-guessing decisions, or struggling to quiet a racing mind. We’ll work together to understand what’s driving your anxiety, build practical tools for navigating uncertainty, and help you feel more steady in daily life.

Perfectionism & Burnout

Always pushing to do more or get things “right” can leave you exhausted, overwhelmed, and feeling like your best is never enough. Therapy offers a space to soften that internal pressure, understand where it comes from, and find a way of living that feels more sustainable.

Adult ADHD & Executive Functioning

ADHD affects far more than focus—it can show up in task initiation, organization, time management, follow-through, and emotional regulation, often bringing a lot of frustration or self-blame. I take a neurodivergent-affirming approach to help you better understand how your brain works, find strategies that actually fit your life, and let go of shame around the things that have been hard.

Self-Esteem & Identity Exploration

It’s easy to lose sight of what you want while navigating people-pleasing, expectations, or self-doubt. We’ll explore the beliefs and relationship patterns that shape how you see yourself, so you can separate your sense of worth from external validation and feel more connected to who you are.

Life Transitions & Uncertainty

Career changes, breakups, moves, or major shifts in identity can leave you feeling unsteady—even when the change is something you chose. Therapy provides a space to process what’s coming up, make sense of complicated emotions, and find your footing as you move through a new chapter.

Grief, Loss & Perinatal Experiences

Navigating grief, fertility struggles, pregnancy, or early parenthood can feel overwhelming, lonely, and difficult to put into words. We’ll make space for complicated feelings, honor your experience, and find support as you move through a significant life change or loss.

What Therapy May Look Like

Therapy looks different from person to person because it's shaped by your needs, experiences, and goals. Some conversations may focus on understanding patterns, processing emotions, or making sense of past experiences. Other times, we may spend more time navigating a current challenge, exploring a difficult relationship, or finding practical ways to cope with stress and overwhelm.

Some weeks may feel more reflective, while others are more focused on support, problem-solving, or building new tools. Throughout the process, we'll work together to better understand what matters to you and how you want to move through the world.
