Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults and college students (18+) who are seeking a supportive, thoughtful space to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals, with an emphasis on building insight, emotional awareness, and meaningful change.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships—often with curiosity and compassion—so you can feel more connected to yourself and more equipped to move through life with intention.
Areas of Focus
People often come to me for support with:
Anxiety and chronic worry
Depression and low mood
Stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome
Self-esteem and identity exploration
Perfectionism and self-criticism
Relationship challenges and attachment patterns
Life transitions and uncertainty
Grief and loss
Trauma and emotional impact
ADHD (focus, organization, overwhelm)
Fertility challenges and the perinatal period
Caregiver stress and emotional fatigue
What Therapy May Look Like
Therapy looks different from person to person because it's shaped by your needs, experiences, and goals. Some conversations may focus on understanding patterns, processing emotions, or making sense of past experiences. Other times, we may spend more time navigating a current challenge, exploring a difficult relationship, or finding practical ways to cope with stress and overwhelm.
Some weeks may feel more reflective, while others are more focused on support, problem-solving, or building new tools. Throughout the process, we'll work together to better understand what matters to you and how you want to move through the world.
