Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for adults and college students (18+) who are seeking a supportive, thoughtful space to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals, with an emphasis on building insight, emotional awareness, and meaningful change.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships—often with curiosity and compassion—so you can feel more connected to yourself and more equipped to move through life with intention.
Areas of Focus
People often come to me for support with:
Anxiety and chronic worry
Depression and low mood
Stress, burnout, and imposter syndrome
Identity exploration and self-esteem concerns
Perfectionism and harsh self-criticism
Relationship challenges and attachment patterns
Life transitions and periods of uncertainty
Grief and loss
Trauma and its emotional impact
ADHD and challenges with focus, organization, or overwhelm
Fertility struggles and the perinatal period
Caregiver stress and emotional fatigue
What Therapy May Look Like
Sessions may involve reflection, emotional processing, and making sense of past and present experiences, while also attending to what feels most pressing in your day-to-day life. Some weeks may focus on insight and understanding; others may emphasize support, grounding, or practical tools to help you cope during more challenging periods.
Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about creating space to understand yourself more fully, strengthen self-compassion, and develop patterns that feel more sustainable and aligned.
If you’re considering individual therapy and are curious about working together, I invite you to reach out to see if it feels like a good fit.
