Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

I work with couples who want to improve communication, deepen understanding, and work through conflict. Whether you're at an impasse, feeling disconnected, or finding yourselves having the same arguments over and over, therapy offers a supportive space to slow down and better understand what's happening between you.

My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded. In therapy, I explore each partner's experiences, cultural background, and what was modeled to them, while weaving that understanding into the work we do together as a couple. We'll look at the cycles that shape your relationship and work toward creating new ways of relating to one another.

Areas of Focus

Couples often come to me to work on:

  • Communication challenges and recurring conflict

  • Resolving disagreements and repairing ruptures

  • Life transitions and major decisions

  • Rebuilding trust after difficult experiences

  • Navigating ADHD-impacted relationships

  • Managing codependency and boundaries

  • Exploring open relationships or non-monogamy

What Therapy May Look Like

Couples therapy often involves slowing down conversations that feel difficult, repetitive, or emotionally charged so we can better understand what's happening underneath them. Together, we'll identify the cycles you get caught in, explore the emotions and needs driving them, and work toward interactions that feel more connected and effective.
