Couples Therapy
I provide couples therapy for partners who want to improve communication, deepen understanding, and strengthen connection within their relationship. Whether you’re navigating ongoing conflict or feeling disconnected, therapy offers a structured, supportive space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening between you.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded. In therapy, I explore each partner’s experiences, cultural background, and what was modeled to them, while weaving this understanding into the work we do together as a couple. The goal is to help both partners feel heard and seen, develop communication and conflict management skills, and strengthen understanding and connection.
Areas of Focus
Couples often come to me to work on:
Communication challenges and recurring conflict
Resolving disagreements and repairing ruptures
Life transitions and major decisions
Rebuilding trust after difficult experiences
Navigating ADHD-impacted relationships
Managing codependency and boundaries
Exploring open relationships or non-monogamy
What Therapy May Look Like
Sessions may include reflecting on your interactions, processing emotions, and exploring the patterns that shape your relationship. Some sessions focus on insight and emotional connection; others on practical tools and strategies to improve communication and collaboration.
If you’re thinking about couples therapy and want to see if we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
