ADHD Assessment
Have you ever wondered if you might have ADHD—or looked back and thought, “this has always been hard for me”?
Maybe you’ve always had a sense that things take more effort than they seem to for other people—especially around attention, organization, time management, follow-through, or staying on top of responsibilities. You might be someone who is creative, intuitive, or capable in many ways, but still finds yourself feeling overwhelmed, inconsistent, or frustrated with how hard everyday tasks can feel.
I provide ADHD assessments for adults and college students (18+) who think they may have ADHD and are looking for clarity about what’s going on. My evaluations are personalized, neurodivergent-affirming, and available both online and in person.
The assessment includes a clinical interview, standardized symptom measures, and a review of relevant history and background information so I can get a full picture of your attention patterns, strengths, and support needs.
What to Expect
The process typically includes:
A free 15-minute consultation to talk through your questions and see if it feels like a good fit
Two appointments to complete the assessment
A feedback session where we go over results and talk through recommendations and next steps
You’ll receive a clear written report along with personalized recommendations and resources based on your results. My goal is to help you better understand your attention patterns and provide practical next steps that feel supportive and usable in real life.
