ADHD Assessment
Some people who wonder if they have ADHD are highly creative, follow a non-linear or wandering path, and often notice that their abilities or potential don’t always align with their performance. They may struggle with attention, organization, time management, impulsivity, or staying on top of responsibilities, and sometimes feel frustrated or self-critical despite their strengths.
I provide ADHD assessments for adults and college students (18+) to help determine whether ADHD may be impacting daily life. My evaluations are personalized, neurodivergent-affirming, and available both online and in person.
The Assessment Process
The process includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized measures to assess symptoms, and comprehensive information gathering from multiple sources to understand your strengths and support needs:

Standardized symptom measures

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, the source of your struggles, and provide tools, resources, and recommendations to help you thrive. You will receive a detailed report along with guidance for next steps and supports.
